    Is the car driving in snow; or does it have katana hub caps that slash through any terrain? [They look like blades.]

      Hi writingbolt – the “unfinished” wheels are a drawing style – you’ll find most automotive desaigners use some technique like this to focus attention on the car as opposed to the wheels – but as you point out – at other times, attention may be directed elsewhere…
